Back From Africa and on to S. Korea

Hello Friends,

Stephannie and I are back from visiting Mombasa, Kenya and we had a great time seeing the Lord expanding His Kingdom.  We visited with Simon Karisa who is a local leader of several hundred pastors in the Mombasa region.  We shared the vision of GROWTH Group for starting businesses to fund missions, church planting, and every day life.  It was immediately received and Simon Karisa joined up to help expand GROWTH Group to the pastors in the region.

We had John Abwao from Kisumu and Edward and Nancy Khaoya from Kitale there presenting their testimonies and sharing with the pastors from Mombasa how God has blessed them and their pastors as well.  God moved mightily through their sharing and testimonies.

During the conference several street workers were saved (about 10) and several miracles happened.  Several of those who attended the meeting were healed of nose and throat issues that had plagued them for many years.  God touched their bodies and restored them to a perfect state.  We thank God for his hand of mercy on those who were healed.  We thank God for those 10 street workers who were added to His kingdom that day.

We are working with Simon to see what businesses we can start for him and others in the region.  We are thinking about drilling a well and providing irrigation water to the local area.  This can be a good source of income but we need to treat the water first as it is very salty, being near the coast.  Pray that we will find a solution soon.

ALSO:

I will be flying to South Korea in late February to support my friend in the "Glory River Explosion Breakthrough" Conference.  My friend Ivan Tuttle wrote a book called "Entrapment" where he died and went to Hell and then went to Heaven and then was sent back.  This book has become the #1 best seller in S Korea and several hundred churches have asked him to come to speak.  I called him up before I knew this and had felt the Lord lead me to tell him we were taking a trip to Korea in February.  That's when Ivan told me that a trip was already planned for that time and that I could help him in the conference!  God knows what He is doing!  We are set for a mult-week trip, but I will only be there for 1 week as it is very tough on the family to be gone very long.  Pray that God blows open the doors of South Korea to revival and that his manifest presence shakes the country!!
