Hello,
We are back from our trip to Mombasa to grow the influence and reach of small businesses expanding the Kingdom of God. In this update, I'd like to share with you the progress and mission up to date.
We have been praying and looking to God for over 2 years now of how to expand our efforts into the Mombasa region. This area has been a key stronghold that we have been looking to break into. The Al-Quida group Al-Shabob has been active in this region over the past two years. In our visits there, we are looking to strengthen the Christian pastors through small business development for sustainability and church planting.
We met with Simon Karisa, a local leader over 110 churches in the area. He has recently been commissioned as an Apostle through HIM (Harvest International Ministries) as a leader for the area. We met up with him and his team to cast the vision. We held a 2 day business conference there in the Mtwapa area for the local pastors to come and hear the vision for small business development. It was a great turn out and many were impacted deeply by the message.
We believe God is doing great things through the work of small business development so that we can in turn help create more impact in these developing regions for Christ.
In this trip alone we were able to provide funds for the Kitale region. The leaders in this area, are able to start 10 medium size businesses. The leaders, Edward and Nancy Khaoya, are now able to take care of the micro-businesses out of the proceeds of the existing GROWTH Businesses. This is a major breakthrough for the Kingdom of God. Now we are seeing the hard work start to pay off, by the first round of businesses started in 2012 being able to fund more by themselves, without any outside assistance. This is when we know that we have reached success. Now the 10 medium sized businesses are able to generate 10 times the amount of income as a small business. Currently there are 71 small businesses in Kitale, and with this round of funding we are able to start 10 medium sized businesses. God is doing a great work.
For Kisumu, there are currently 50 small business existing as of today. With the latest round of funding we are able to start another 63 small businesses!! God is moving in a wonderful way in this town. Pastors John and Rhoda Abwao have been faithful to see all that God is doing in their city in a new way. We pray and bless these new business owners with fruitfulness and protection in order that they may grow, prosper, and be blessing to others. This is the life-cycle of GROWTH Group, receive a blessing, prosper, Be a Blessing! We know that great things are to come out of the Kisumu region as there has been great developments by the city, airport, and surrounding region developments. We are always amazed at what God can do with a 5 loaves and two small fish. He can feed thousands and have it multiply over and over again.
The next stage is creating a GROWTH Group Business Center. Each center would be stationed in each existing city, Kitale, Kisumu, and now Mombasa. We expect that it will take $7,500 to create the building for training. This building would empower the people to come and get the latest and greatest financial training through the world renowned Crown Financial training. This training center would also become a source of revenue for each of the cities respective leaders.

Coming to Know God, Its your Day!
Greetings,
When God opens a door, he busts it wide open. I want to encourage you to let your light shine before men so that they will see the glory of God. When they see the glory of God, they will repent and turn to Christ. I wanted to update you on what God is doing in Pakistan. A couple of posts ago, I listed a video I made at the request of a Pakistani pastor about salvation. He took that video to many small villages and played it after gathering a crowd of up to several hundred people.
To date, there have been over 700 salvation from that video!! God can do all things through us as we let him Direct our lives. I found that I cannot take credit for these things as I have labored for many years without seeing many people saved at all. And suddenly, God bursts the door open and people are running to the altar to give their lives to Jesus. This is revival in Pakistan and it is a wonderful thing to see those who are oppressed by Islam and black magic to finally get freedom in Christ. You may ask if they weren't free before, and I would say no, not at all. Freedom is being free from sin and the power of the devil.
Hebrews 2:14-15 "14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death."
They are finally free from the power of death and from the one who holds the power of death; the Devil.
So yes, they are indeed truly free and set right before God as Jesus sits in triumph at the right hand of God. Jesus is their Savior now and nobody can touch them.
If you need to turn from your sins today, and be set free from the power of death and the devil, pray this prayer with me today:
"Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Christ, I believe in my heart and I confess with my mouth that you are Lord and my Savior. I give you my life and will follow you and with all my heart, soul, and mind."
If you prayed that prayer, get involved in your local church and be sure to let me know that you are part of the family of God today.

New India Businesses 5/7/2014
By God's Grace we have started 2 new businesses in India. God is on the move and I thank Him for all that he has accomplished. I ask for your prayers as we continue to do great things in India.

and graduated March 2013. Then they went with their two children to a village
called Tutikuntla. They started new work where there is nothing but hands. In
order to meet family needs he started Hair cutting visiting home to home in the
village. By small Income he is just meeting family needs and mean while
preaching the Gospel.

and his family found business opportunity in the center of the village by
sitting up a small shed ( Box type). And in need of two chairs
, trimming machine and other needful equipment's. Currently they
are earning only $30 by visiting home to home but they went organize a
proper shop, that will bring more Income also people in the following villages
can come for Hair cutting. This family sincerely requesting for

man Samuel and his Tabitha are from washer men background family. Accepted
Jesus Christ and then been through our Bible college and graduated in March
2013. After the graduation they went to started a new work in the village
called Wyra Indiramma colony. For survival they are washing clothes in the
nearest canal and getting small Income to maintained the family. They came up
with a business idea to open a dry Cleaning center in the Wyra center which is
reasonable size of city with over 80000 population. He and his wife sincerely
requesting if we could help them with dry cleaning machine so that their family
will be self sufficient at the same time their services will be very useful in
the society. So kindly pray for his and help the family with business
opportunity.

New Businesses in India
Blessings to you and your family,
Good news to share, after my trip to India in March 2012, we have two new businesses started. I will update the website with the information as well. God has done amazing things with the small amount of faith that we have believed him for. With the grain of a mustard seed and God does the rest!! Amazing testimony of how God is moving India in to self-sufficient businesses so that money given may be utilized as God directs.
The first business is an Auto Riksha (3 wheeler bike) repair shop. Below is the write-up from Bishop Jacob who leads the effort in India.

mark has a wife and two little daughters. He is very poor man living among
slums of Khammam City. He came with an idea of Starting small business selling
three wheeler Auto Riksha Spare parts. Total cost to start the Business 800
USD.

Marthamma came up with an Idea of small business in Khammam City, that is
selling sweet corn, water Milan in the Khammam city in the busy area. She
is poor widow, but very much interested this business. She started already
buy selling in the Basket, but now she asked some support for Four wheeler
Riksha pushed by hands. Total cost of business is 400 USD. She is expecting
that she could earn 10 USD per day, which is very good source of income for her
family. She is lives in the Khammam Slum area.
God is doing wonderful things and thank you for your support. We are taking ground one step at a time.

God is doing great things! In my life and yours
Dear Friends,
I pray this new year finds you faithfully walking with God and knowing how high, how deep, how long, his Love is for you! I pray that you receive this revelation after reading this to know that all your ways are before Him, and despite of any wrong-doings on your part, He still loves you no MATTER WHAT! Don't let the voices that attack you when your mind is quiet try to stop this reality. You can say to yourself, "God Loves Me, and I accept His love through Jesus Christ."
Out of a realization of His Love allows us to move forward and minister to others. This year is going to be a year where God brings together the "ingredients" he purchased last year. This could be the new relationships, finances, or church family He has brought to you. He is making a great thing in our lives this year. Some of us have been hoping and waiting for what God is going to do in our lives, and sometimes we haven't been sure what it will look like. I prophesy to you today that this year is the year of mixing ingredients together in his mixing bowl. Some things that you never thought would taste good in the end are mixed in during the cooking process. After this year's mixing is complete, next year will be the baking part where His heat is applied to the processes and situations he has brought to us this year. 2015 will be mostly a "baking" of this years ingredients that He has arranged with the right measure, balance, and personal taste. After 2015 has finished its baking season, the 4th quarter will have some of the first signs of being complete. There will be a wonderful smell of heaven as what he has been baking is almost done. Some will be completed before others but those whose recipes take a little bit longer, don't lose heart! Yours will be done just at the right time.
2016 is a year for tasting! This is tasting and a realization of what God has making for the last few years of our lives. We will see and taste that the Lord is Good and that He knows all things. Most importantly of all, we will know that God works together all things for our good. Some of us will have to apologize to God for how we did not trust in him and that we had lost faith in the process he was putting us into. God is faithfull even when all HELL is breaking loose against us. But we have the promise that "upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it." The hell in your life will not prevail. Times of testing will come, but God will see you through. Be prepared to share your testimony in season and out of season of what God has done in your lives. For He is doing a beautiful thing!
